If you all are ok boomslangin' one short that opening half hour tonight, I am leaning toward my other commitment. I should be back from that after 9:00 PM to offer support from the bench. Sorry I couldn't make it work better tonight.

Sorry, I'm a maybe tonight. If I'm feeling up to it (still recovering from that pesky cold) I do have wallyball tonight. But, if I opt out of wallyball, that actually frees me up to raid. I'll update here in the late afternoon, but also let me know how desperate the need is for a fill-in and I'll weigh that in. Thanks!

I expressed these words to Mold earlier, but I want to say them again: I cannot thank you enough for everything you've done to keep Bushmaster going. I know it took a lot of your time and energy and it will always be appreciated.

I know it may be disappointing to hear, but I think the idea of a break comes at a natural time here, especially given the holidays. This is a busy time of year and if history serves to repeat itself, we had a similar lull in activity last year. But, I'm also aware there are broader issues at play and we should continue to discuss these things. A break will afford us time to think and weigh those concerns properly.

I've made so many treasured memories with this fine group, and I don't want that to ever end. I'm looking forward to hearing each of your thoughts in the time ahead.

To follow up on Tuesday: I really appreciated the discussion we had last night. I hope everyone had their voice heard. Personally, I feel like it was a real good start.

I like the recommendation to clearly define the goals for the squad, what we mean by "fun" and "success". A lot of great ideas were shared. Still, I don't think we quite reached a consensus, which is fine. Amazing how quickly an hour can go by. So, hopefully we can continue the discussion to the point of reaching an agreement. And, I hope these are living, breathing definitions that can change and grow over time.

For my worth, I had a lot of "fun" last night and deemed it a "success"

Thanks for presenting this so tactfully, Mold. I hope others that missed the initial conversation don't feel left out. It was a spontaneous, kick the ball around sort of thing among those too weary to remember to log off sooner, ha ha. I truly hope all our regulars will be available to chat in greater depth this Tuesday. It should be a roundtable and everyone should feel welcome.

Guild raids have become a big part of my entertainment and my life. I look forward to that time each week we spend together. It comes up in family conversations, at work, and yes, even at the yacht club. Maybe I don't say that often enough. So, it pains me if everyone else isn't feeling the same way.

Maybe some of you don't feel anything is broken. We already know some of you do. And, maybe we don't get to the bottom of it in just one simple conversation. But, I hope we can all bring an open mind and are willing to band together.

We're a good group of folks and you're all worth it in my book.

The best I can do is be back home just slightly past 9:30PM.
